Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Deryn purchase, I am happy to exchange your item. 

If this is the case please contact Deryn within 7 days and return your item within 14 days of receipt. Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Refunds are issued on faulty items only.

Items are returned at the buyer's own risk. It is recommend that you use tracking service. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or an error has been made in the original order.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
