Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Deryn purchase, I am happy to exchange your item.
Please contact Deryn within 7 days and return your item within 14 days of receipt. Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange earrings unless faulty
Items are returned at the buyer's own risk. It is recommend that you use a tracking service. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or an error was made in the original order.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
